CarmenSita was co-founded by Mohammad Fakih, President and Founding Partner, together with Abass Fakih, Founding Partner. Both shared a vision to establish a brand that delivers high-quality frozen food products while meeting the evolving needs of the hospitality sectors across Ghana.

Under the leadership of Mohammad Fakih and Abass Fakih, the company has strategically expanded its product portfolio to include a wide variety of frozen goods from pangasius fillets and French fries to cheeses, seafood, poultry, and vegetables. By building strong partnerships with respected international brands such as President, Golden Phoenix, JPB, Dira, Lebon, etc., CarmenSita ensures products meet global standards while being well-suited to the local market.
